If you are planning a holiday on you own or with a partner and family then this insurance is for you. You probably have pre-booked some accommodation, tours or a hire car and have a fairly light schedule to keep to. You will also have luggage requirements. You more than lightly have a set date to return so you cannot afford any unforeseen delays.

Annual Frequent Traveller
A 12 month policy for the Frequent Traveller. All trips under 38 days for Leisure Trips and up to 90 days for a Business Trip are automatically covered.
Accompanying Partner and Children are covered as well.

Australia
Australia ONLY travel is available to all persons traveling within Australia regardless of age and who are citizens or residents of Australia
You are traveling within Australia and have some pre booked accommodation or your air fare is not refundable or not changeable. You may also be hiring a rental vehicle and want cover for the rental vehicle excess. There is no age limit on this plan.

This Plan specifically covers you for Cancellation Costs and Additional Expenses refer to each Plan for the Sum Insured for each Benefit. (Please read the Product Disclosure Statement before making a decision about the product.)

Long Term
Non - Australian Residents travelling to Australia and within Australia can be covered under Plan L non resident.
Where the word "Australia" appears in the Product Disclosure Statement the Policy holder's Country of Residence is to be substituted (except in relation to the Section Headed "Jurisdiction and Choice of Law, page 22).
This Policy does not cover any event or occurrence where providing such cover would constitute "Health Insurance Business" as defined under the National Health Act, 1953

Polices can be purchased before arrival into Australia or up to 21 days after arrival into Australia.
Cover does not apply for medical expenses in your Country of Residence.
Pre-Existing Medical conditions Cover is not available under Plan L except as specified on Pages 17 to 21.
Cover extends to include if you work during your travel or participate in adventure activities organised by a licenced operator.
Plan L is age limited to less than 76 years at the time of purchasing the Policy.

Long Term
VFR, Visiting Friends & Relatives, Travel Insurance Policy is for when you are staying, for the majority of your Trip, at the homes of friends and or relatives. Luggage and Personal effects are not covered under this policy, cover for Luggage and Personal Effects are only cover whilst in the custody of a transport carrier, such as an airline. You may purchase limited Rental Vehicle Excess cover under this Plan.

NZ Advance Purchase
Advance Purchase Travel Insurance is a limited cover insurance policy designed to protect pre paid travel arrangements or packaged holidays.
There is no medical or luggage cover under this Plan.
Cover is limited to Cancellation Costs, Additional Expenses and Medical Evacuation costs.
Please choose the level of cover that suits your needs, Standard or Basic.
